Really good Stay
elegant ambiance polite staff spacious room quality food
I was thankful for the hotel's elegant and calm ambiance. The staff acted professionally. Their courteous behavior stood out. I found the rooms spacious and well designed. The food presented excellent quality. I especially enjoyed the variety.
The payment process at the restaurant was slightly inconvenient because they insisted on immediate payment. I asked to charge it to the room for settling upon checkout. They said that there was no security deposit.

The room was very clean every day. I appreciated the variety of food options for breakfast. The hot station included Indian dishes! I also found the staff helpful when I needed transportation.
The blue light on the AC unit illuminated the room at night. It was quite bright.

nice amenities free shuttle empty minibar weak pressure
the room i had was great it had all the amenities. housekeeping staff were very nice, they added extra touches. a free shuttle to a shopping center was very useful.
the minibar was empty it wasn't working. the shower head also wasn't working even after reporting it. the water pressure in the bathroom it was very weak, i really struggled to take a shower.

attentive team diverse dining rooftop pool
The team double-checked my room to ensure my satisfaction. The front desk staff assisted with my request for a view. The hotel offers a nightclub and nineteen restaurants for diverse dining options. The rooftop deck pool provides relaxation.
The air conditioning unit had a bright blue light facing the bed. The light illuminated the room throughout the night. I couldn't block the light because it was wall-mounted.
